Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Zeh was a partner at McNamara & Zeh, P.C., from 2002 to 2012, where he managed general corporate, business, criminal, and civil matters, with a particular emphasis on estate administration, international trusts, and asset protection strategies. He began his legal career as an associate at the Law Offices of Thomas F. Liotti (1998–2002), focusing on criminal and civil cases, and gained early experience as a legal assistant in real estate at Peter T. Roach and Associates, P.C. During his law school years, he worked in business affairs at EMI Music, negotiating contracts in the entertainment industry, which enhanced his expertise in trust and estate matters involving intellectual property.
Mr. Zeh has co-authored several publications on legal ethics, sentencing guidelines, contract law, and estate planning, featured in journals such as the Criminal Justice Section Journal and The Attorney of Nassau County, often highlighting best practices in those areas of law.
He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1999 and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996.
